The expertum group is hiring a CNC lathe operator / machining specialist for a full-time, long-term assignment in Garching near Munich. The role involves independently setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC turning machines; manufacturing components from technical drawings; tool preparation; quality inspection; first-article release; parameter adjustment; troubleshooting; and machine maintenance. Applicants need a completed machining, CNC, or industrial mechanic apprenticeship or comparable qualification, CNC turning or milling experience, technical-drawing reading skills, measuring-equipment experience, and willingness to work in a three-shift system.
