The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes and milling machines, programming and optimizing machining programs, monitoring production, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting malfunctions, and maintaining a safe and organized workstation. Candidates need precision machining training or a comparable qualification, CNC programming experience, independent and reliable work habits, quality awareness, teamwork, and at least B1/B2 German skills.
