Tempton is seeking a CNC lathe operator / milling machine operator for immediate staffing support in single-piece and small-batch production. The role involves operating CNC turning and milling machines, setting up and preparing equipment, changing programs, meeting production schedules, recording quality and process data, and improving production. Applicants need completed vocational training in industrial mechanics, machining, metalworking, or a comparable qualification, a reliable working style, precision, willingness to work shifts, and good German. The position offers a permanent employment contract, pay above the standard rate, benefits, and a strong chance of being taken over by the client company.
