TimePartner is hiring CNC machine and systems operators in Lüdenscheid to support a three-shift production team. The role involves independently setting up and monitoring Siemens-controlled machining centers, manufacturing according to drawings and specifications, performing quality checks, maintaining machines, ensuring occupational safety and cleanliness, and supporting LEAN activities. Candidates should have completed vocational training in a metal occupation or comparable qualification, experience with measuring instruments, and be willing to work shifts and overtime; CNC programming and CAM knowledge are desirable. The position offers pay starting at €16.00 per hour, permanent employment, training, and other benefits.
