Description
The CNC Machine Operator starts up and shuts down CNC machines, performs preventative maintenance, loads and unloads castings, inspects finished parts, monitors robot operations, documents quality and production data, maintains tooling, and collaborates with team members to resolve issues and improve processes. The role requires strong CNC machining knowledge, familiarity with technical drawings, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently and in a team. It follows a third-shift schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with possible off-shift work and mandatory overtime.
