Description
Omni Aerospace is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate multiple computerized numerical controlled machine tools in a production work cell, performing turning, drilling, and tapping operations on complex mechanical shaft seal components. The role includes material and part loading, fixture securing, program verification, first-part inspection, deburring, ERP paperwork, and precision measurement. It follows a Friday–Sunday schedule with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with employees working 36 hours and paid for 40 hours. Applicants need at least two years of experience operating five-axis CNC machines, setup ability, blueprint-reading skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, precision-measuring ability, cutter-selection knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
