Description
Omni Aerospace is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate multiple computerized numerical controlled machine tools in a production work cell, performing turning, drilling, and tapping operations on complex mechanical shaft seal components. The role includes material and part loading, fixture securing, program verification, first-part inspection, deburring, ERP paperwork, and passing a drug screening and background check. It follows a Friday–Sunday schedule with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with employees working 36 hours and paid for 40 hours. The position requires at least two years of experience operating five-axis CNC machines, the ability to perform setups, read blueprints, operate multiple machines, use precision measuring instruments, identify cutters, and lift 50 pounds.
