Aurea GmbH is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a metal-industry client at its Gevelsberg site. The role involves programming and setting up CNC machines, monitoring production, changing tools, performing maintenance and cleaning, inspecting components, documenting production data, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with production and quality assurance teams. Candidates need commercial-technical vocational training or extensive CNC operator experience, metal grinding and polishing experience, good eyesight, German language proficiency, and availability for two shifts. The position offers 40 hours per week, shift work, above-tariff compensation, social benefits, and an option for long-term assignment.
