The role involves preparing materials, setting up and loading machines, operating and monitoring equipment, performing quality and function inspections, processing workpieces, and resolving defects. Candidates need CNC experience, ideally vocational training, willingness to work a 2–3 shift system, advanced German skills, and a strong quality and safety orientation. The position offers permanent employment with IGZ collective bargaining agreement pay, bonuses, and a Christmas and holiday bonus of up to €300.00.
