Description
Crown Staffing is recruiting CNC and machine operators for a talent pool supporting upcoming manufacturing and production projects in San Antonio, Schertz, and Seguin. The role may be short-term or long-term and can be full-time or part-time, with duties including CNC machine operation, setup, calibration, changeovers, blueprint interpretation, quality checks, offset and tooling adjustments, and preventive maintenance. Experience as a CNC or machine operator is preferred, along with manufacturing or production experience, measurement-tool proficiency, attention to quality, physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation, punctuality, and availability for various shifts and overtime. Preferred skills include CNC setup and programming, G-code and CAM software knowledge, and experience with metals, plastics, or composites.
