Crown Staffing is recruiting CNC and Machine Operators for a talent pool supporting upcoming manufacturing and production projects in Groveport, West Columbus, and New Albany. The role may be short-term or long-term and can be full-time or part-time, with duties including CNC machine operation, setup, calibration, changeovers, blueprint interpretation, quality checks, offset and tooling adjustments, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates should have manufacturing or production experience, the ability to use measuring tools, attention to quality, reliable transportation, and availability for various shifts; CNC setup, programming, G-code, CAM software, and materials experience are preferred.
