Description
Crown Staffing is recruiting CNC and Machine Operators for upcoming manufacturing and production projects in Downriver, Lansing, and Roseville. The role may be short-term or long-term and can be full-time or part-time, with duties including CNC machine operation, setup, calibration, changeovers, blueprint interpretation, quality checks, offset and tooling adjustments, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience as a CNC or machine operator is preferred, along with manufacturing or production experience, measuring-tool proficiency, attention to quality, physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation, punctuality, and availability for various shifts and overtime. Compensation varies by project, shift, equipment type, and experience.
