Molex is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Phoenix, Arizona, to operate CNC machinery and related equipment, produce precision components, monitor quality and machine performance, assist with setup and calibration, maintain production records, and support continuous improvement. The role requires CNC or manufacturing experience, technical-drawing and work-instruction reading, machine-operation and troubleshooting skills, and attention to safety and quality. Compensation is $20 to $35 hourly based on experience, with first-, second-, and optional weekend shifts and shift differentials.
