PRIOS Personal is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Operator to support production for a client in Schramberg, Baden-Württemberg. The role involves operating, monitoring, loading, and maintaining CNC machines; handling and inspecting workpieces; performing quality checks; documenting production data; and following safety and quality standards. Candidates should have CNC or machine-operation experience, knowledge of measuring instruments, technical understanding of CNC manufacturing, reliable work habits, shift availability, German communication skills, and the ability to commute to the workplace. The position offers a permanent employment contract, pay above the collective bargaining rate, vacation and Christmas bonuses, travel or daily allowances, workwear, and a high chance of being taken over by the client company.
