Description
The CNC machine operator will set up, adjust, operate, and monitor CNC machines in a technical production environment, prepare production according to technical drawings and manufacturing documents, perform quality checks on manufactured parts, and make small process corrections. The role requires at least 2–3 years of professional CNC or comparable technical experience, familiarity with CNC machine setup and operation, the ability to read technical documentation, and good German knowledge. It is scheduled according to shift planning and offers pay of up to €22.79 per hour, a two-shift system, corporate benefits, and structured onboarding.
