Description
The CNC machine operator prepares, monitors, and optimizes CNC machines during production, checks machine functionality, adjusts machine data to maintain product quality, and sets up machines for subsequent production steps. The role requires technical understanding, reliability, precision, and willingness to work shifts; initial CNC experience and vocational or technical training are advantageous but not required.
