Description
Encode Inc is hiring a Machine Operator for its Allentown, Pennsylvania Metem client Power business manufacturing plant. The role operates and troubleshoots CNC, EDM, and/or ECM machines; sets up workpieces and tooling; reads blueprints; inspects first-run parts with precision measuring tools; and maintains safety, compliance, quality, and productivity. The position is a second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of EDM/CNC/ECM or tooling production experience, and is limited to U.S. persons.
