The role involves independently operating CNC long-turning machines, adjusting parameters, inspecting workpieces, using measuring and testing equipment, correcting production deviations, and performing basic machine maintenance. The position is part of a two-shift operation and requires practical CNC experience, technical understanding, quality awareness, drawing-reading ability, and willingness to work two shifts.
