TIME to Care is hiring a CNC Machine Operator / Setup Technician in Münster to independently set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines, manufacture parts and assemblies from drawings and work orders, adjust machining parameters, monitor production, and inspect finished components. The role requires CNC training or comparable metalworking experience, hands-on CNC operation, quality-oriented teamwork, shift work, and willingness to onboard new colleagues. Compensation is up to €21.55 per hour, with long-term assignments and possible permanent employment.
