Accurus Aerospace is hiring a CNC Machine Operator Trainee for an entry-level, on-site manufacturing role. The trainee will receive approximately 90 days of structured day-shift training and learn to set up, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC vertical and horizontal machines. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, consistent employment history, and completion of assigned internal operator training; precision-measuring, blueprint-reading, and material-handling experience are preferred. Full-time assignments may follow training on day, night, or weekend shifts, and the role requires regular attendance in a manufacturing shop environment.
