Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time CNC Programmer in Akron, Ohio, to create and optimize multi-axis CNC programs for mills and lathes using MasterCAM and G & M code. The role includes developing machining strategies, selecting tools and fixtures, troubleshooting machine and program issues, preparing setup documentation, and supporting quality control and ISO procedures. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience, at least three years of CNC programming and machining experience, CAD and CAM proficiency, and strong technical-drawing and GD&T knowledge.
