Enovis is hiring a CNC Machine Programming Supervisor in Austin, Texas, to lead and support CNC programming activities for orthopedic implant and medical device manufacturing. The role oversees programmers and machining support staff, develops and optimizes CNC programs, troubleshoots machining issues, supports tooling and fixture design, leads process improvements, ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, and provides technical guidance and training. Candidates need at least five years of CNC programming, machining, or manufacturing engineering support experience, along with CAM software, machining, and leadership experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
