Fritz Schmidt Metal Casting GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a CNC machine setter–shift lead to lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees, program and set up CNC machining centers with Siemens controls, optimize production processes, monitor productivity and schedules, coordinate with specialist departments, and maintain production documentation and ISO compliance. The role requires machining, toolmaking, or industrial-mechanic training, at least two years of professional experience, CNC machine-setting or shift-leader experience, initial leadership experience, and good German.
