Description
The CNC Machine Operator sets up, operates, troubleshoots, and maintains CNC machines; loads and unloads parts and raw materials; performs side operations, cleaning, tooling changes, quality measurements, and 5S maintenance; and supports manufacturing engineers and in-sourcing projects. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, technical school certificate, or related work experience, three to five years of CNC machine operating experience, extensive experience with Hass, Hardinge, or Tsugami Swiss machines, blueprint and measurement skills, and experience machining nickel-based stainless-steel alloys, copper, aluminum, or titanium.
