Description
The CNC Machine Operator sets up, operates, and troubleshoots CNC machines to produce metal and plastic parts, performs precision inspection, maintains tooling and equipment, and supports manufacturing engineers on in-sourcing projects. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, technical school certificate, or related work experience, plus three to five years of CNC machine experience, familiarity with major CNC brands, ability to use precision measuring instruments, blueprint and specification reading, tool wear offset knowledge, and experience machining materials such as Inconel, Monel, copper, aluminum, or titanium.
