ThermAvant Technologies, LLC is hiring a full-time CNC Machinist to operate Haas vertical machining centers and produce high-quality precision parts for thermal management solutions. The role includes following safety and standard operating procedures, collaborating with engineers and manufacturing personnel, inspecting and documenting work, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, implementing continuous improvement, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, measurement skills, basic shop math, G-code knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prior CNC machine or programming experience is desirable. The position pays $25.00 to $35.00 per hour and includes free health, dental, and vision insurance.
