Description
Dahlquist Machine by Fathom is hiring a Machine Operator to load, monitor, and adjust CNC turning and milling machines, unload finished parts, perform basic offsets, deburr and clean parts, conduct visual and dimensional checks, maintain a safe and organized work area, and support material handling and Lean manufacturing. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic CNC and shop-floor familiarity, hand-measurement ability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. The schedule is 5:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
