Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring an Aerospace CNC Machinist in Winsted to set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment, machine high-precision aerospace components, read blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, adjust tooling and offsets, and collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and tool-room teams. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of related experience, CNC machining experience, blueprint-reading and inspection skills, and strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities. Pay is up to $30 per hour, with a sign-on bonus, shift differential, overtime availability, and comprehensive benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.
