Nova-Tech Engineering is hiring a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes and multi-axis mills, prepare production and prototype jobs, edit and troubleshoot CNC programs, inspect parts, maintain tooling and machines, and support quality and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role is based at the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar, Minnesota, and pays $26–$32 per hour. Applicants need a CNC and Advanced Machining certificate or diploma, or five years of equivalent experience, along with machine-operation, programming, blueprint-reading, precision-measurement, problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.
