Description
The Machinist II operates CNC machines independently with minimal assistance, makes minor tool offsets and adjustments, inspects parts against specifications, interprets CNC programs and blueprints, performs preventative maintenance, and maintains production and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, gage and blueprint interpretation, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues; three years of manufacturing machining or vocational schooling experience is preferred.
