Tri-Mack Plastics is hiring a CNC Machinist Level 3 / Set-Up Technician for its 2nd shift in Bristol, Rhode Island. The role focuses on independently setting up and operating CNC milling and/or lathe equipment to tight tolerances, troubleshooting production issues, making program edits and offsets, training coworkers, maintaining documentation and preventive maintenance, and adhering to AS9100, safety, and quality requirements in a modern manufacturing facility. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of CNC machining experience, plus knowledge of blueprints, GD&T, measuring tools, and basic computer skills. The position offers a 40-hour workweek with overtime available, a 2nd shift differential, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, sick leave, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.
