Description
Ascentec Engineering is seeking a Dev NPI Prototype CNC Machinist III/IV to set up, operate, and program CNC machines for prototyping and low-volume/high-mix manufacturing. The role involves multi-axis machining, interpreting engineering drawings, assessing manufacturability, communicating with cross-functional teams, providing machining time estimates, and contributing to standardized programming. This is an onsite position requiring strong technical skills, including five or more years of precision CNC machining experience, familiarity with various machine controls like Haas, Fanuc, Okuma, and DMG, and proficiency in materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastics.
