Description
The CNC Machinist Team Lead performs approximately 80% hands-on CNC and manual machining, including setup, operation, inspection, tooling, and precision work on Mazak machines, lathes, boring mills, and small mills. The role also leads the machining team by assigning work, supporting production schedules, training and mentoring employees, participating in hiring, and collaborating with management and Human Resources. Candidates need 3–5 years of skilled CNC or journey-level machining experience, with leadership, CNC programming, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, precision measurement, troubleshooting, communication, and safe equipment-operation skills preferred or required.
