Description
This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC Drill machines by diagnosing and resolving complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. The technician will replace worn-out components such as ballscrews, spindles, servos, transformers, and wiring, using technical documentation like blueprints and schematics. They will also document repairs in a CMMS system and adhere to safety protocols, collaborating with production teams to reduce downtime and support operator training.
