Description
The Machining & Heat Treatment Maintenance Technician maintains CNC machining centers, transfer machines, heat treatment furnaces, quench systems, robotic automation, and supporting production equipment in a High Pressure Die Casting manufacturing facility. The role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; troubleshoots mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, servo, and automation systems; conducts machine alignment and calibration; supports equipment installation and commissioning; and documents work in a CMMS. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, shutdowns, and rotating shifts.
