Description
Productivity Inc. is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support customers in the Grand Junction area and Western Slope region with maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, setup, and calibration of CNC metalworking machines. The role requires at least three years of industrial maintenance experience, prior Haas machine tool experience, and knowledge of servo, ball-screw, spindle, and control systems. The technician will travel locally to customer sites, including 4–6 overnights per month, and receive training, a company vehicle, and work-related equipment. Compensation is $30–$39 per hour depending on experience, with incentives, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits.
