Avalign is hiring an experienced Mill Machinist for its Warsaw, Indiana location on the 3rd shift. The role operates and maintains 3/4/5-axis CNC milling centers, sets up and adjusts machines, changes tools, monitors work orders, inspects parts with precision gauges, removes burrs, maintains production records, and follows quality and safety procedures. Candidates need CNC and blueprint knowledge, precision-measurement skills, computer proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
