AERB Personal GmbH is hiring a CNC Milling Machine Operator for a full-time, three-shift assignment in the Memmingen/Illertissen area. The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines, manufacturing single parts and small series from technical drawings, monitoring production, performing quality and dimensional inspections, and supporting process optimization. Applicants need a machinist, industrial mechanic, CNC specialist, or comparable qualification plus CNC milling experience, along with a careful, reliable, independent, and team-oriented working style. The position offers €20.00 per hour plus shift allowances, a permanent employment contract, vacation and Christmas bonuses after six months, regular pay increases, and up to 30 days of vacation depending on length of service.
