The role involves programming and setting up CNC machines, preparing tools, fixtures, and workpieces, adjusting machine parameters, inspecting and measuring workpieces, performing quality checks, and maintaining the machines. Applicants need completed vocational training as a milling machine operator or machining mechanic, subject-matter knowledge and practical experience, independent task-handling ability, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts.
