Allpersona GmbH is staffing a permanent, full-time CNC Milling Machine Operator role for a client in Bad Aibling, starting immediately. The operator will run milling machines to produce precise components, manufacture individual parts and small production runs, perform quality inspections, maintain and service the machines, and contribute to continuous improvement while following safety and quality standards. The role requires completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, relevant professional experience, and knowledge of Heidenhain-controlled CNC milling machines; career changers are welcome.
