DIBEFA GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machine Operator / Machining Technician for one-off part and small-batch production at a client in Lindlar. The role involves independently setting up, equipping, and operating CNC milling and machining centers, creating and optimizing CNC programs, producing precision components from technical drawings, and selecting, measuring, and checking tools and part quality. Candidates need relevant machining or CNC training, several years of CNC milling experience, strong German skills, and a current place of residence and valid work permit in Germany. The position offers up to €22.00 per hour, a €200 bonus after 30 productive assignment days, permanent employment, and long-term assignment.
