Description
The CNC milling operator will operate and set up milling machines, produce manufacturing parts to specification, document procedures in the COSCOM system, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, perform manual deburring, and maintain a structured production workflow. The role requires a 3-shift schedule, German proficiency, basic technical understanding, accuracy, reliability, and willingness to learn machine and digital recording systems. Initial CNC or metal-processing experience is helpful but not required, and the position offers an hourly wage starting at €18.55 plus allowances.
