Electro-Methods, a Stronvar Aerospace Company, is hiring a CNC Milling Operator for first- and second-shift work in South Windsor, Connecticut. The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines, interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, inspecting parts with precision measuring equipment, adjusting machining parameters, performing tool changes and minor program edits, completing AS9100 production documentation, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of CNC milling experience, technical-drawing and measuring-instrument skills, and mechanical aptitude; aerospace or regulated-manufacturing experience, Fanuc familiarity, multi-axis milling experience, and AS9100 or Lean knowledge are preferred.
