Description
The CNC Operator I operates mills and lathes to produce quality parts according to work instructions and job orders. The role includes loading stock, setting and verifying machine parameters, performing machining operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, shift handoffs, and documentation. Manual mill or lathe experience is helpful, but prior machining experience is not required; knowledge of machining and strong written and oral communication skills are expected. The schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
