The role involves safely operating CNC machines, performing quality checks with measuring instruments, adjusting machine offsets, conducting daily maintenance, entering production data, and adapting to rotating assignments. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, prior CNC experience, blueprint-reading and math skills, precision-measuring-tool proficiency, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
