Description
Chromalloy is hiring a CNC Operator to program, set up, and run CNC and conventional machines while producing high-quality aerospace components. The role includes loading programs, setting up fixtures and tooling, inspecting and measuring parts, modifying parts as needed, maintaining 5S and safety standards, and meeting ISO and customer-satisfaction quality requirements. The position works the third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Monday through Friday, includes a $2–$4 per hour shift differential, and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus. A high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of CNC experience preferred, a passing job-related skills test, English proficiency, and basic measurement and math skills are sought.
