Description
The Toolroom Technician provides service, support, and maintenance for toolmaker equipment, manufactures components using machine tools, and reads part drawings with limited guidance. The role includes operating CNC machines, lathes, grinders, milling machines, drill presses, and shapers; performing setup, assembly, preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance; conducting quality inspections; troubleshooting manufacturing processes; and participating in continuous improvement and Total Productive Maintenance activities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge, and adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
