Description
Magna Powertrain is hiring a CNC Operator to manufacture quality automotive parts in a MAFACT production team. The role involves operating CNC horizontal and vertical mills and lathes, making tool and offset adjustments, troubleshooting, monitoring tool life, performing gauging and quality checks, maintaining production documentation and 5S standards, and supporting continuous improvement and safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of CNC operating experience, machining fundamentals, shop math, English communication, and the ability to work overtime or alternate shifts; it is a regular permanent role on the plant floor.
