Oberg Industries is hiring a full-time, on-site CNC Operator for its Chicago, Illinois night-shift production team. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, reading blueprints and engineering drawings, inspecting parts with measuring tools, making tool offsets and minor program edits, troubleshooting machine issues, maintaining a safe work area, and supporting continuous improvement. Candidates need at least two years of CNC machine operating experience, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export regulations without employer sponsorship.
