Description
Stamo Production AB is hiring a manual lathe and CNC machining operator in Västerås to perform one-off production work. The role primarily involves turning shafts on manual lathes, with progression to programming and operating CNC lathes and milling machines. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, checking tolerances, performing quality checks, using the Monitor MPS system, and maintaining machines. The position requires industrial technology education or turning experience, drawing skills, fluent Swedish, and a Category B driving licence; measurement technology and crane or forklift licences are desirable. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, and a work sample is required before employment.
